▷ PROVIDING ORDER INFORMATION AND IDEAS:

First of all, you should write about what exactly you want to order, be sure to write the full name of the order, and not just "sketch" or "detailed art".
❗ Please, just copy the name of the order, for example "I want a fullbody sketch for $30 with coloring and shading". Better write everything in one message so that I don’t have to ask about all the info ❗
Don't forget to attach your character reference as well. If the character does not have a reference, then describe who you would like to see on your art, describe in detail their appearance, back it all up with pictures and examples.
You can also describe your idea or name a theme based on which I could come up with a drawing. I can also draw your order based on my personal "vision". This type of work is especially convenient for me, it gives freedom to creativity. In any case, these are just preferences, if you already have an idea for a drawing, I will try my best to convey your idea the way you want

▷ PAYMENT:

  • Payment to PayPal, Privatbank, Monobank

  • 100% prepayment, I will put you in the queue strictly after you pay, no reservations with payment next month. I always prefer to serve those who have already paid for their order

  • For an additional character +100% from the price. You also must provide that you own this character or permission to use it from the author of the character (does not apply to fandom characters)

  • Payment plan accepted only from $300 and lasts no longer then 2-3 month. Every part of the payment must be done in 15 days till the whole payment will be sent. I'll start working only when the payment plan will be done

▷ REFUNDS:

You can ask for a refund if the work has not started yet. If the work has already begun, I return a minus in the amount that matches the price of the order, the criteria for which the refund amount came up to.
Example: you ordered a sketch with color and simple shading (the price for example is $30), you made a return at the coloring stage (it doesn’t matter if this stage has begun, in progress or has already been completed), which is already considered as a sketch with color, without simple shading (which costs, for example $20), in this case you will be refunded $10. I can finish the drawing in the already selected option after the refund (the same sketch with color without simple shading), or not finish it at all. If the work has already been completed, no refund will be made

▷ WORK PROCESS:

The work is divided into the stages of sketch, cleaned sketch, flat coloring, shading, background and post processing. I send WIPs for sketch and cleaned sketch stages to confirm the idea and pose. After that I send WIPs for coloring to confirm character's coloring. After that WIPs won't be sent, unless you ask me to send them

▷ EDITS AND CHANGES:

Changes in pose and idea are accepted only at the sketch stage. In coloring stage only edits in color are allowed. At the next stages of work, edits are accepted only with an additional payment (from $5 to $10), it all depends on the severity and quantity of corrections. Sometimes I can fix a drawing for free, these exceptions are:

  • The edit is too small and not worth much effort to correct (evaluated by me individually)

  • Editing with noting where I made a mistake when this point was already discussed

  • Editing as advice to make the drawing better (I have the right to refuse it if I consider the advice to be non-working)

  • Editing, which can be implement using plastic correction in Photoshop. Plastic correction can correct small jambs or deformations of the character or it can move the leg / arm a bit

▷ WHAT CAN AND CAN'T I DRAW?

I can draw almost anything, any characters, creatures, poses and backgrounds.
Basically I love and I'm good at drawing: dinosaurs, reptiles, canines, feral / anthro / furry characters, humans, horror, psychological horror, guro, fanart.
I won't draw: some types of heavy fetishes, pedophilia, zoophilia, incest, noncon and other illegality.

Yes - what I can draw and what I would not mind drawing, but there may be very small exceptions, it all depends on the level of discomfort of the order
Maybe - something for which I would make an extra charge, to know the amount of charge hover over a preference to read its description. Be ready that I won't put my signature on this type of work and I'll ask you to post it without indicating me as an author or even not to post it anywhere (I would not post it anywhere myself). Order at your own risk, although it still depends on the discomfort of the order

▷ DEADLINE:

I have no deadlines, I can draw orders at any time convenient for me. All orders are carried out in turn, regardless of their complexity. On average, I reach new orders in the queue in 1-2 months, sometimes earlier, sometimes later, I don't give specific dates.

▷ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • You can ask me to completely redraw the idea at the sketch stage, but if there are too many such requests and we don’t come up with some idea for the drawing, I will refuse from your order

  • You can ask me to send you work processes, since after the coloring stage I most often don’t send them

  • You can ask me to make your order by a certain date (for example, for your birthday), but only within the queue. For example, 1-2 months before certain date. But I can make exceptions, ask me about it anyway

  • You can ask to post your order anonymously

  • You can ask me not to post your order. But please don't ask for no reason, because, you know, I need to post content too

▷ COMMERCIAL USE

If you want to order a drawing to use it for sale or any other commercial use, there is two options.

  • You can buy the rights for this drawing. You will own this artwork and be able to sell it in unlimited quantity. Starts from $500

  • I can ask for percentage of sales. In this case, I have the right to request a certain percentage of the money received every month. Starts from 10% from the price of the product that you sell

▷ ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AS A CUSTOMER

You have the right to put my work on avatars, covers, put it in your gallery and publish it on other sites indicating me as the author, referring to any original post / my profile on any of the platforms. You have the right to use your order for non-commercial purposes unless discussed. You do NOT have the right to erase my signature from the work or claim to be the author of this artwork. Character is yours, but copyright of this artwork belongs to me

▷ ABOUT MY RIGHTS AS AN ARTIST

I have the right to refuse work for any personal reasons, as well as cancel the work at any stage and return the money for reasons of rude behavior or violation of my terms of service by the customer. I have the right to post your work in my galleries and art platforms, as well as use your order as previews / examples of work. I also have the right to ask you not to distribute the drawing ordered from me. Unapproved order ideas I can use in future YCHs
